So no logistic and administrative burden for you or your new employee. Let us know how we can help you. We customize the level of our relocation services according to your needs.
For one of our Belgian clients we provide the full range of our relocation service. This client is looking for dermatologists, dentists and care home nurses. They want guaranteed 100% prepared and registered professionals who can start work immediately. So we arrange for the recruitment campaign, test week, professional registration, language skills compliance and complete on boarding.
In this case complete on boarding means arranging the flight, picking up from the airport, settling in a hotel or B&B for the first week in which we present a choice of three apartments. Arranging municipal registration, (health)insurance, a bank account and a loan to cover the first three months. We even provide a starters pack for their new home with a mattress and all kinds of handy household stuff.
"At short notice, EPSN managed to pull a campaign together that met and exceeded expectations. The two days of interviewing went smoothly. EPSN had been professional at all times and were on hand to assist in any way possible.
Overall the standard was high and despite a setback out of their control, EPSN managed to fulfil the brief and deliver it with an excellent attitude. The candidates they found were what we were looking for and it was evident they put a lot of work in the background."
